At Trinity Fellowship, our mission is "making disciples to make a difference." In every area of life, we want to equip you to be successful and prepared to step into the exciting plan God has for your life. Part of that process is learning to overcome difficult circumstances in life, and our Health and Healing groups are available to help you do that.
Beginning in January 2008, a new session of groups will begin, and they are led by people who have walked through similar challenging events and found a firm footing in the Bible. Oftentimes, traumatic events can challenge growth in our relationship with God. We believe that everything pertaining to life, from relationships to overwhelming circumstances, can be dealt with in a godly way according to the example in the Bible. Jesus came to earth and lived a perfect life in God’s eyes so that we could have a model. Real growth happens when we trust in God to deliver us through trials. He has given us the best tools with the wisdom of the Bible, and the support and encouragement of a body of believers like Trinity Fellowship who will help you grow into the person God intended you to be.
Where to Go
Health and Healing lifegroups can be found in the lifegroup directory all-year long. The directory is printed with new groups three times per year, so make sure you pick up the latest one at an information center when you attend weekend services at Trinity Fellowship, or you can do a quick search online at tfchurch.org.
Who to Talk To
Many of these groups will simply have the contact information for the group leader. You can give the leader a call, and they’ll fill you in on dates and times. However, some of these groups require you to meet with a pastor first to help you determine the best plan for you; in this case, you can simply call the church, and ask to speak with a pastor in charge of Health and Healing groups.
