Member check-in is at the computer check-in stations located at either end of the hallway on the main floor or in the hallway downstairs. A child is issued a scan card following the receipt of a completed information card.

You check in your child by swiping the scan card at the station.  The monitor will display the room number of the child, and then you can take your child to the room and receive your child’s yellow ticket from the teacher.  The yellow ticket will be needed to pick your child up. If the yellow ticket is lost, please report it to the Early Childhood desk to receive a new ticket.

Children will be assigned a permanent paging number that will stay with them for all the years they are in the Early Childhood Ministry. This number is printed on the child’s scan card, name badge, and yellow ticket.

Visitor check-in is at the Early Childhood desk located in the west foyer on the main floor. Children will be given a name badge and be directed to their age-appropriate room.

At the door of the child’s room, parents will receive a yellow ticket with the child’s name and paging number on it.

If you are needed, your child’s paging number will be displayed in red on the front wall of the sanctuary. Parents are to pick up their child at the room by returning the yellow ticket.
