Since graduating from the prestigious Belmont University in Nashville, TN, Raymond went on to tour and record with such artists as  Michael W. Smith, Rebecca St. James, Chris Rice, Stacie Orrico, and many others.  With production and performance credits on Grammy winning records, and multiple platinum-selling albums, Raymond has traveled nationally and internationally to lend his expertise and talent to projects at every level – from performance to distribution.  

For the past several years, Raymond has focused on consulting work to help churches around the country develop worship teams, audio and video technology advancements, recording projects, and organization.  He co-founded Interactive Worship Live, a company that produces background tracks for church worship teams to enhance live worship performances.  

He and his wife now reside in Amarillo with their two sons.
